My name is
Ivy (I am the tabby on the left of the picture) - I am
about a year old and that is my boy Bruce (on the
right) who is about 7 months. We have been living as strays
under someone's house over the very cold winter, apart from
when we snuck into the house. We have only just recently
been brought into care and we are not sure about being in
one of the cabins but at least we're now dry, have plenty of
food and lots of flavours to choose from thanks to the
donations made to the food collection box in Morrison's at
the Gyle. Right now we are still a bit wary of what is
happening so I am unsure if I should be growling and hissing
or looking for a head scratch and a hug! Bruce is fairly
quiet and is OK with being stroked but still occasionally
hides behind the bed. We have both been to the vets to be
neutered, microchipped and vaccinated and I now have a bit
of an odd "furcut". We are looking for an experienced cat
owner who will take the time to socialise with us so we can
trust people and hopefully turn into the playful lapcats we
should be. Email now and ask for Ivy and Bruce!

Sunday 5th September from 12.00-2.00 in the Community Centre,
