Hello, I’m Kimmi. I am eight years old and have lived all of my life with my dad until, through no fault of his own, he was no longer able to take care of me. I have been with my foster parents for a couple of months now and am longing for a home that I can call my own and I think yours would be the perfect forever home for me! I am really quite a shy wee lass and may take a long time to get to know you but, when I do, you can cuddle me all you want. My foster mum, who has had lots and lots of cats and kittens, says that I have the softest fur that she has ever felt - she says I’m softer than cotton-wool! She says she will miss me but knows that I need to have a permanent home. I enjoy staying in and lounging beside the fire or in my bed as I have only had the chance to go outside a few times in my eight years. It would be great if you have a safe garden for me to explore but I might need to be coaxed outside at first until I am sure it is safe and far away from busy roads. Just now, I enjoy watching the snow and rain from the windowsill and making sure the outside doesn’t come in! I have been used to living with another cat so if you already have a feline friend, with careful introductions, I would love to join you both.
