Hi peeps, my name
is Kurayami (which is Japanese for darkness) and I'm a
very pretty wee girlie aged 8 years old. My foster mum says I'm
gorgeous and have beautiful green eyes like gemstones. I am all
ready to be rehomed and am waiting patiently for that special
person to want me. My mum tells me every day she loves me to
bits, but we both know that it's time for me to move on and make
way for another wee treasure that needs my mum's help. I was
given to Cats Protection for rehoming as my previous owner
couldn't cope with giving me my insulin injections - I'm
diabetic you see. My mum wants me to tell you that this is
nothing to be afraid of as it's really "easy peasy." She also
wants you to know that I'm a really good girl and I don't mind
my injections one bit. I'm a good eater and I've responded to my
medication very well. Now that the dosage has been controlled, I
can be treated just like any other cat - it's just a two second
job in the morning. Me and my mum think that it's people's
phobias of needles that has put folk off rehoming me and that
makes me sad. I'm such a friendly wee girl and I'd like nothing
more than to be part of a forever family. I'm dying to have
space to move around again and to feel grass under my feet. I'd
love to be able to lie out in the sun and to chase the odd
butterfly or two. If you don't have any other pets or young
children and are thinking of giving a lovely wee rescue cat a
home, please contact Cats Protection today. They will be pleased
to answer any questions you may have regarding my treatment and
full training and support will be given. Oh and I nearly forgot
to mention that Cats Protection will fund all my diabetic
treatment for the rest of my life. Waiting patiently for your
call, Kury xxxxxxx.
