FOUND: A female tortoiseshell cat has been found and is currently being fed by a kind lady in Sutherland Way in Knightsridge, Livingston. Her two dogs have taken a dislike to the cat so we are anxious to find this cat's owner. She appears to be an older cat and was wearing a collar with a name tag and the name on it looks like Holly which the cat seems to answer to. FOUND:  We have had a call from someone in Green Tree Lane, Bo'ness who has been feeding a youngish cat since mid May. The cat is tabby, with white on his face, a white bib and four white paws. FOUND: A stray cat was found in Whitburn around the beginning of December and is being fed and looked after by a kind member of the public. It is a male cat, black and white, short haired and aged approx 12-18 months. Not a lot is known about him but he is eating well and is litter trained so may be a lost cat. FOUND: A stray cat has been coming around our garden in Torphichen since August 2009. It is a black and white male cat wearing a faded, peeling white collar. He is in good health and very friendly. He has been seen out locally in fields above Torphichen. We thought at first he was local but since the weather has got colder he's been at our back door. FOUND: A female cat, approx 8 years old has been seen on and off in the Mid Calder area since March this year. However, lately it doesn't seem to be going "home" and is hanging around all the time. She is multi coloured with stripes on body, legs and tail, a ginger patch on her body and a touch of white under her chin. One ear is ginger with touches of black and the other ear is black with touches of ginger. She is not chipped but is wearing a red collar. FOUND: Sadly a dead cat was spotted on the A8 on 31/08/09 on the eastbound road just before the Broxburn crossroads. It was a young looking black and white cat. The cat will have been picked up by West Lothian Council and anyone wishing to enquire should contact their Customer Services number - 01506 775000.

LOST: Missing since 29/08/09, from MacDonald Crescent, Falkirk, next to the canal. Tia is a small 7 year old black female cat with a few white hairs on her chest. She has been neutered. She "escaped" just when the owners had moved house, so she won't know the area. If you have any information please call Jennifer on 07729156624.

LOST: Missing since 22/08/09 from Robertson Avenue, Falside, Bathgate. "Baby" is a one year old female Ragdoll cat with blue eyes. LOST: Missing from Sutherland Way, Livingston since 02/08/09. Thomas is a black and white male cat with a distinctive white mark above his mouth (see picture). He belongs to a little girl who is really missing him. Reward if returned. Tel. 07756 980467 if any information.

LOST: Missing since 28/07/09 from Jessfield Place, Bo'ness - Mitzy is a small, 2 year old neutered female cat. She is semi longhaired with tortoiseshell markings in ginger, brown and black. FOUND: Found in Falside Crescent, Bathgate on 08/08/09, a black cat with some white markings. It was taken to the vets as it was very thin and in a bad way. If you know who this cat belongs to, please contact Isabel on 01506 632876 or 07990 602600.

LOST: Missing from Labrador Avenue, Howden, Livingston since Sunday 2nd August 2009. Pushan is a 16 year old small female Tabby cat and very friendly. She has white patches under her chin, on her belly and on the fronts of her paws. She has always stayed around the block of houses where we stay and has never wandered off before as she is blind, nearly deaf and gets easily confused. She has no collar or microchip. We are all extremely worried as we have searched all surrounding areas and there has been no sign of her. We have put flyers in the shops, through doors and on lamp posts, but, unfortunately, someone keeps removing them. If you have any information, please contact us on 01506 441808.

LOST: Missing since 17/07/09 from Kilspindie Crescent, Kirkcaldy. "Baby" is a small 2 year old female cat. She is a brown/black tabby with green eyes and two distinctive rings between her throat and chest. She has been neutered but has no collar or microchip. FOUND: An unusual cat has been spotted around Richmond Terrace, Bo'ness. It is an adult, short grey hair with "tiger" stripes. It looks very stunning, and could even be some sort of pedigree. If this could be your cat please contact us on: cats-westlothian@hotmail.co.uk
