MIMI & GIZMO

Mimi

Gizmo

Hello everyone out there. My name is Mimi (I'm the long-haired all black boy in the top photo) and in the bottom photo is Gizmo who is my brother. We are around 15 years old and we are very sad boys as we have been in foster care for 14 MONTHS and still not found that special person to adopt us. About a month ago we got very excited as a lovely couple came forward wanting to adopt us and we thought yes this is it. Unfortunately after spending a few days in our new home our owner starting experiencing a severe reaction and it was with a very heavy heart that we were returned to Cats Protection. Although things didn’t work out we would like to thank that couple for giving an old pair of boys a chance at happiness. Anyway, I’m a very affectionate boy and I love to be brushed and stroked and like to come up on your bed for a wee cuddle at bed time. Gizmo tends to do his own thing but does enjoy being stroked. We would like an adult only home with no other pets and if you had a garden away from busy roads this would be ideal, although we could be re-homed as indoor cats. Gizmo and I don’t ask for much - just a nice place to sleep, plenty of food and above all someone we can love and love us in return. We are the loveliest boys you could wish to meet and we are patiently waiting for that special someone to come forward, PLEASE PLEASE call today and come and meet us. Love Mimi and Gizmo.

Fosterer's note: Mimi has a heart murmur but this does not affect him and he does not require any medication, it just needs to be monitored at his yearly vet visits. Gizmo is hyperthyroid and requires daily medication which he takes with no problem, the cost of this medication will be met by Cats Protection. Both cats are neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped.
