I was handed into Cats Protection by my previous owners when they moved back abroad. Although I was hardly more than a kitten myself, my owners had not bothered to have me neutered and I was already pregnant. I had four beautiful kittens and although I was a good mum to them, my foster mum has told me that it's my time now. I am only 18 months old and it's now time for me to have fun and live life to the full. I've not had much of a life so far but I know with Cats Protection's help that will all change. I have now been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and am all ready to pack my wee kitty bags and start my new life with a new family. My new family should be experienced cat owners who will understand that I am a bit nervous with new people to begin with and will need a bit of time and patience to settle in with them. I will need a fairly quiet home with no other pets or young children and with owners who understand that when I feel a bit afraid I might hiss or try to take a wee nip. It's not that I'm unfriendly it's just fear that makes me do this sometimes. Once I settle in and I trust my new people I will show what a nice friendly wee cat I am underneath. My foster mum has told me that there is no such thing as a bad cat, only bad owners. I will need a new home with a safe garden for me to explore once I feel brave enough. I'm not a big eater but, after all, I am a very dainty wee girl. My favourite meal is Felix "as good as it looks" and I am very partial to a bit of cooked chicken which my foster dad cooks specially for me. I'm getting used to my new foster mum and dad but my mum would dearly like me to be settled before I get too used to them only to be moved again.
