Hi all, my name is Sasha and despite my name I am a friendly, all black boy aged about 8 years old. I am looking for my new forever home as my owner has sadly passed away. My owner's granddaughter has taken me in to live with her temporarily but as I don't get on with the resident cats and dogs, it has been agreed that it would be best if I could find a loving home where I am the only pet. I am a lovely purry, furry boy and I do love human company and am very gentle around children. My owner did tend to spoil me a bit and over the years this has taken a bit of a toll on my waistline, so at the moment I am on a diet as I know being a bit chubby isn't good for me, as well as making it difficult for me to groom myself. My new owner would need to be prepared to keep monitoring my food and to encourage me to have a bit of exercise so a home with some nice children who would play with me each day would be ideal. I have been used to getting out for a wee breath of fresh air so a nice safe garden is a must.
