Spooks is a
friendly and affectionate, chunky black boy aged about 5-6 years
old who is looking for a loving indoor home as he has the FIV
virus. He has been vaccinated and is in good health although at
the moment he is at the vets recovering from an operation to
help heal a collar wound. There is no infection but it is taking
it's time to heal. This is probably because he is so active and
loves to play and chase toys about. If you require any
information on keeping FIV+ cats, please contact us and we will
be happy to advise you. Spooks must be rehomed as an only pet or
as a companion to another cat that also has the virus as there
is a chance he could pass this onto a cat without the virus.
Like many FIV+ cats we have rehomed over the years he can lead a
normal, healthy and happy life. He is at present being fostered
at one of our English branches but if you are interested in
giving Spooks the home he so badly needs please contact us at
West Lothian to arrange a home visit and we will ensure he is
brought to you.
Footnote from Cats Protection:
Spooks is currently in foster care at our Worcester branch where
he has been in care for some time now. If you are interested in
giving him a loving home for life please call us at West Lothian
Cats Protection to arrange a home visit in the first instance.
For anyone interested in adopting Spooks, his fosterer will
arrange to transport him to his new home. |
