Wicket

Holly

Hello there, my
name is Wicket, as my foster daddy says I look like a
little cute Ewok! I am a female brindle tortie aged about 12
weeks old. I came into care as I was part of a stray cat colony.
It was very cold and everyone was worried that I wouldn't
survive so a kind lady managed to trap me and get me to the
warmth of my foster mum's house. After settling in I have turned
into a friendly little kitten who will happily sit purring on
your knee for hours. I am still a little scared so will need
help with learning to relax and play but I am sure that having
to spend time playing with a kitten wouldn't be too hard :-). I
have been de-flead, wormed and microchipped and have also been
vaccinated. I will however need to be neutered once I am old
enough. If you would like to make sure that 2010 brings a nice
new home for this little kitten contact Cat's Protection today.
Hello from me, Holly.
Boy, am I glad that there is an
organisation like Cats Protection!! A lovely young lady
contacted them about a couple of stray cats that she was feeding
at her work saying that she thought that there was a young
kitten with them (that was me). There had been a very heavy
snowfall and she was worried that I wouldn't make it through the
cold spell we were having - especially as she was about to
finish up at work for the Christmas period. My foster mum from
Cats Protection went out as soon as she could and set a trap and
luckily I was trapped the next day - which was indeed lucky as
soon it would not have been possible to get to the isolated
industrial estate where I was living. I was a bit dirty as I had
been living under portacabins but a warm shampoo and a good meal
later my foster mum says that I am a very cute little girl. My
foster mum thinks that I am about 9 weeks old so I am just
starting out on life. I am still a little scared but I will sit
on your lap and have recently found my purr! My foster mum
thinks that I will continue to develop in confidence and turn
into a lovely young lady.
